Two teams compete for control of three objectives called hardpoints. Staying within the area around a hardpoint generates progress towards capturing it. Once captured by a team the hardpoint will generate points. If a player remains on the objective they will begin to amp the hardpoint, which will make it generate twice as many points for that players team. Both capturing and amping can be done faster if more than one player stays on the objective. An amped hardpoint will slowly lose its amp if there is no friendly player on the hardpoint.
Tips[]
Hold the point! Staying behind and amping the first point may not be the most exciting thing to do but holding amped points is the key to winning the game.
It's not always best to try to capture every point. Capturing the point closest to the opposing team's spawn may cause the team spawns to swap. This means they can quickly overwhelm the points on the opposite side of the map.
